This Privacy Policy applies to the websites, products and services of NXT Group, including nxtgroup.cloud and our owned and operated products such as Fettle and Motivations.co.za. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

NXT Group ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) of the Republic of South Africa.

Contact details you provide voluntarily (e.g. name, email address, company) when you email us or complete a form.
Transaction & payment data (order details, billing information and payment status) when you buy one of our products. Card details are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment providers, and we do not store your full card number or CVV.
Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected via standard web server logs.

To respond to enquiries and provide the services you request.
To operate, maintain, and improve our website.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, email, payment processors) strictly as needed to run our services, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
